Servina is a top secret organization placed in Urban City #13, a high tech havoc filled city. Run by four council members, it's up to Servina to protect the citizens from any more destruction. They make it their mission to change the city into a better place. Their enemy? Others who have their own goal to achieve. All agents, briefers, captains, techs and council members are needed for our mission. We need ordinary people with extraordinary talent.

Personality: A big maniac. Loves to see her foes bleed and die away. Unlike her partner he love to laugh during a battle. Her developed a scream laugh for his battle cry and as her foes die away her laughs harder. No conscience at all. Founds death and grief funny. A little twisted mind. Sometimes a little insane.

Rider:Rae

History: Always been picked at and picked at for being weak and a giggler. Everyday her parents would yell at her about being pathetic and how they never ever wanted to see her again. Illa was constantly being beaten up by others whether it be her parents or a bunch of bullies. They would only stop when she laughed one more time. Now when you're in pain you want to scream but since they forced her to again and again to laugh she developed this maniac scream laugh. One day she had enough. She killed every single one of them while they were asleep. She watched them when they closed thier eyes and then pounced. Illa laughed all the while doing this. It had finally gotten stuck in her brain. Now when she met Rae they both wanted to kill each other. But then they both realized how much they had in common and became friends(or mere allies until another opportunity comes). When she joined the Volri she was thrilled to find out she could kill all she wanted to in the war.
